Main office and call centre:
Our head office and call centre is in Denbigh and it’s open for telephone enquiries or visits during the ‘standard’ office hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. Outside these hours there is a duty officer available on the free phone number (0808 100 1292 - dial ‘1’ for van hire or ‘2’ for storage – our ‘duty officer’ may be driving at the time so bear with us if you’re not answered immediately!).
Who's there to help:
At the office calls will most likely be answered by Danielle, Rhiannon or Kate– between the three they have been with Lock Stock for many years and they’ll be pleased to help with any enquiries – storage or van hire (during busy times there are others in the office you may reach including Beverley, Sarah, Stuart and Dylan).
